On Tuesday 21 October, Cantab Asset Management was delighted to support an evening of Handel’s arias sung by Dame Ann Murray and the English Touring Opera (ETO) at West Road Concert Hall, Cambridge.
Dame Ann Murray is a renowned opera singer, particularly celebrated for her performances of music by Handel, Strauss and Mozart. Her distinguished career has seen her perform all over the world, including regular performances with the Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne, The Metropolitan Opera and the Bavarian State Opera.
She was joined on stage by principal singers from ETO’s autumn season and ETO’s period orchestra. Ann has strong links to both ETO and Cambridge, and this special recital helped to support the ETO’s regular performances and education work in Cambridge.
