More than 1,750 runners came together for the Chariots of Fire Race in Cambridge on 16 September 2018.
Congratulations to the two Cantab Asset Management teams (each with six relay runners) who took part, raising money for Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF). They finished with times of 1:12:40 and 1:18:25.
The race was started at Queen’s Green by double Olympic gold medalist and World Champion rower Tom James, MBE. The route over 1.7 miles passed through the grounds of Trinity and King’s Colleges.
All money raised through Chariots of Fire will support the Cambridgeshire High Sheriff’s Award Scheme, a fund managed by CCF to help young people gain new skills and confidence, such that they can volunteer in their community for the benefit of others.
Cantab Asset Management congratulates everyone who took part and helped to raise money for the charity.
