Believing in the importance of professional development, experienced professionals with part-qualifications will be supported to complete their relevant qualifications. There will also be regular internal and external training that will count towards CPD for those who are fully-qualified.
Any professional experience will be considered, but relevant candidates will have achieved part or full qualification e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning, CISI or other relevant professional body. You should be able to clearly demonstrate successful career progression and relevant experience in your chosen role.
